hi, to answer your origanl question...once you have created an object,press <TAB> to exit edit mode,then CTRL-N i think to brink up # editor can use the scale command,if u look on the blender website at the 2nd tatorial link (i think) it should send u to a place with 3 pdf file,they very good...def ...

u asked sbout psinting textures on directly in 3d, a prog cal 3d canvas by Amabilis Software,can.
I would personally just makes lotz of groups and unwrap the model mornally,
there is a shareware version of the prog,on there site i think
should be www.amabilis.com

Tnx :wink: yip it all works fine. do have 1 quest...for models that are open (ie u can see the driver) is it possable to just add the standard jesus dude after the model is complete and textured in the model convertor? (and who would i ask for its origanal design..with bones) if not should be to har...

here is a link to lith unwrap, (no prizes for guessing what it does), it is simple to use, but very effective can open and saveto many formats, freeware.

3D Canvas is pretty powerful, but for unwrapping lith unwrap is much more effective (its quicker and you have better control over the unwrapping). 3D Canvas does has some nice build in features like the optimization can rid you of upto a third of a models faces with out changing the look of the mode...

How to Convert Atm into other formats?
Hey 
I thought i would have a shot at texturing the gazeebo in the model libary,but it not been unwrapped and is in .atm.
Is there a way to convert it back to .x or something useful that 3d programs can read?

Lookin dowmloads, my radar is animated
Just uses the convertor ot animat as u would a vehicle, just dont set what makes it move i think and it`ll always move.

Ill do the modern house mit, but it`ll be untextured, my generali idea is why rune a Buetiful 3d model by covering it in colours? i love the look of nice fancy grey models :twisted: that an idea for an iland one day, all grey models :-D LOL Will make a modern house or a few, leaves a lot to the imag...
