- Fixes for the 'bounce' code on worlds
- economy -> cargo rules 1 which turns off the whole thing about not being able to use items that you've not bought from another player
- various bits of stuff for minigames (killer rabbits etc)
- fix for skill exchange buildings ignoring the max skill limit
- inactive players no longer receive unemployment benefit or appear on the top 10 lists
- added economy -> 'default fuel' setting
- fix for plane orientation not resetting when back on the ground
- .autotexmap (VAL) command for automatically covering the entire landscape with tiled texmaps
- Storing list of files not found for upload to clients in a server log file.
- changed the school profit system (per note on forums) + changed the way sales tax is calculated, so it is worked out on the price of the individual item rather than the total cost of the transaction. (So that a 1s item with 5% tax would have no tax applied (coz 5% of 1s is less than 1d, when 1s = 14d) whatever amount of the item was purchased. (To avoid the silly situation where ppl would end up buying small amounts repeatedly to avoid tax)
- added buildzone display to .surf command
- fixed 'set town taxes' options so they show up if a town is set to have no employees 
- kricket fix to send u back to default veh when u leave kricket for whateva mode it is i used on zion

- Fix for antislashes in Data folders options messing up Unix server file sending after transfering settings from Windows.
- fix for the passing of weapon info to the grenades launched by a 'rocket5' cluster missile
- fix for the password dialog dropping the chat connection etc
- fix for the demolish kit ignoring the settings rules about when buildings can be destroyed
- when robocrowheightmode 6 is activated, the player is not allowed to change to crow if theyre above the crow flight height
- fix for autopilot target getting reset to sun occasionally
- when using crow kill reward mode 3, players are not allowed to join crows unless they have enough cash to pay the kill reward
- fix for staying in crow mode when moving between worlds
- added message to school screen indicating the amount u make in profit on each lesson
- fix for *grantitem with a negative amount making the client's inventory go out of sync with the server
- building capture modes 3 & 4
- lay models (.modline) disabled on player landscaping mode 0 or 2
- wealth tax limit changed to x100
- show position on map 7
- fixed building access team modes so non-team buildings can always be accessed
- new map display modes to hide towns
- hunger & thirst settings so health decay is applied only to players of certain levels
- changed building screens so that demanded items never appear on the sales lists + fixed a joining world client crash when the world uses shadow maps
- added Crows settings to only allow ppl to join crow mode when in spawn zone 10
- added space background for subgames-> subspace mode 4
- added building process 12
- added weapons param for gamescript.mts ..  GRAPHICSIZE=0.5  controls the size of the graphic on some weapons (plasmas only atm)
- added server facility to control the authorisation level required for each individual server * command
- added separate lights texture to space station
- fix for anyone leaving kricket making everyone change to veh 1
- changed text console around a bit, added tabs
- replication of guild member counts
- boats can sail beyond map edges
- fixed cancel button on trade report
- fix for 'use your own fixed school' special building flag
- tidyin of *stats display and *wipealldead & *wipeallinactive
- Added *unfreezeall
- made it so planes can't be flown while 'at home'.
- fix for town owner not being able to build stuff when the family settings apply
- stopped planes on water
- lighting tweaks and system for exporting jpgs from autotexgen
- fix for 'demolished building still owned' bug
- added team selection mode 17, to randomnly distribute players on teams 1 to 4
- fix for player skills getting reset along with inventory (contrary to the definitions for destroyed vehicle effect etc)
- adding some bits to space stuff to track the player's "legal status"
- Added Multi-item trade post that allows combinations of up to 3 items to be exchanged for one other
- fix for comms icons menu disappearing after a bit..

FIXME: somewhere between here and 2007 i started writing the scripting language, but i cant find notes for that atm :/
