Don't know of any other sites. I just tried now, and the link worked fine for me. The link I used was :

http://theuniversal.net/playfree.php

and both the full install and patch were accessible. If it doesn't work the first time, try reloading the page (or a different browser maybe?).

there was a problem with the NEW installer 10dollers, so the link would have worked for you but not on the new page..

I have noticed it takes around 5-10 hours before the website catches up with the exe change.

the logged in page seems to work (at least in firefox 0.9 and IE5.5). praps a direct link might help:
