there are ram checking programms - some run under windows others are standalone boot-disks ... if you want to be sure search on google for one of those.

Could be an OEM product that has been labled as high quality ... so better check before you buy a new PSU

If it also restarts during other stuff (normal desktop things) then it would be the ram that is breaking down (normally only a few sectors but as soon as data is written in this sector the computer will reboot due to errors).

well it was up for a little while today ... and time was runing normal again - but the building price was still extraordinary high. He said he will try to fix it and shut the island down a couple of mins later.

wouldnt it be better if a town owner could set a tax that acts like the sales/retail tax? and the island owner could determin in what range the tax could be (ie sales tax is 5% and additional town tax could be between 1-3%)

hmm andy could also be your browser settings blocking all cockies (or a firewall with built in web filtering such as ZoneAlarm Pro or Norton Internet Security) ... just add a-tractor to your trusted sites and allow it to use cockies and it will work fine

It could still be your ISP that is blocking the ports (if nothing else seems to be the problem).

i am not really bothered by the 1d for transportation since i always start my own business now ... but it used to be a good way of making money. Are you running the "island.exe" or the "tractor.exe"? Try removing all the islands from your favorite list and then add a few that are populated (zoric, imperial, zouk, newbie island, ...) It could also be that your modem has a built in firewall or that your provider blocks some...
