Joining faction not affect ranking mission

Description:
I joined NR faction and in 'goals' menu in station it not affect status of last mission for level 2: 'Party animal-Join a faction'. Tried to leave faction and join again few times and relog but no effect.

This was fixed in recent gal server update i believe. You would need to leave and then rejoin the faction for it to take effect.
