Trade centers cant be demolished

Description:
Im Farsobe btw, Anyway in game I built a trade center just to see how it looked, but when I click on demolish, it simply whont go away, I can demolish everything but trade centers :/

Steps to Replicate:
Get the trade skill.

Build Trade center.

Go to build admin.
Click demolish

Building will stay intact :/
