When ever i click on the icon to start my world list is will only stay in my task bar and no window apears. I cant restore it either because it seems to be running but i cant access the window.

might have got moved offscreen somehow? if so, try right clicking the entry in the task bar, select move and then use the arrow keys to get it back on screen. Or maximising then resizing it might help.

Every time I go to launch a game, after starting the clinet and connecting to the arena, a get a black screen and a error message that says that I can click O.k. to continue or esc. to ignore. When I choose either one of these options the game automaticaly closes.

Chemanar, that sounds like a DirectX Problem. What verson of DirectX are you using? You can find out by goin Start>Run and typing dxdiag.

First thing to try would be to use the 'Advanced DirectX Init' option on the video options. Changing one or more of the options there may make it work for you.

The other, most common and best answer - is that it will more than likely require you to update your video card drivers. If they're not fully DirectX 8.0 compatable (if it's been more than a year or two since you updated them they probably wont be) then the game will probably not run.

Why cant i change my username and password, or make a new char, cos i have no money andm ine is crap now, cosi m only pretty new, so how do i make a different character so i actually know what to do and i wont waste all my money?

ok eminem firstly!
what isle is this on?
when on that isle type *owner to see who the owner of the isle is and type *showgods
now if you see a god or the owner come on that isle ask them for a RESET
okay? then that will reset your account, you will lose everything you own, but get your starting cash back.

post the name of the isle here and i can tell the owner to reset you (if i know who he/she is) or they might see it anyway!

okay hope that solves your problem.

oh and post what your name on that isle is. like my name is Tom_j_e or Tom on an isle.
just so we know who to reset. okay bye

I have a problem too every time i start up graphical mode it says
somthing along the lines of
Error in d3d8.dll
tractor.exe will now close
im using direct x 9.0 but this error also occured while using 8.0 and 8.1
i have an ati radeon 7000 64 mb graphics proccesr
plz help

one problem could be a corrupt or faulty file.
I had this error before and the problem was fixed simply by uninstalling all DXcomponents, and reinstalling them from the files at microsoft.com
