can some one help me mom messed with my game and now is says that the name that i put in dont mach the one on record for my pc. can i get some help

it sayes a character already exista on this computer.your password was correct. but your username has already been used by someone else.

I think that you are writing something wrong. This is the only explanation i can find. Your user name and your password may be correct but your character name is not correct, try reinstalling the game if you didn't try it and use the correct character name, because now i think this is like trying having a second character to one user name, that's why it doesn't work. I think the words are case sensitive, try using the exact same name you registered.
