Faction Banners

I have a problem when uploading a banner to my faction. The first time it worked perfectly, but now i can't upload any image. It keeps saying "ERROR-BANNER IMAGE FILE IS TOO LARGE" or something like this. This is not a problem with the picture itself i think,because i can't even upload the first image that worked the first time!!! Any ideas?

make it a bit smaller thats what i had to do
