Hey Zaroba. Since I can not get onto the game, can you please freeze me on Zoric until I figure out how to get on. The game just freezes every time I try to get on.

you have been frozen.

as for the problem,
try completely deleting and reinstalling the game? just need to type in your correct username and password to prevent multies and loosing your account.

i also have to wonder if its something to do with your video card possibly not being able to handle the new entry and cutscene stuff.

That sounds kinda off. It probably just involves camera moving etc, nothing very special for the graphics card, so unless his graphics card is still from the time it was just a display card for terminal characters there's probably no problem there...
