Lost my galaxy stuff last week, wondering if I could get it

So last galaxy was down for a bit and when it came back up the 11.5 (price may be wrong) credit drive I bought was gone as well as my fuel and my 1 or 2 creds I had left. I got the 5 cred bonus for being on the winning team on RB. Just wondering whether I can get it back... I wouldn't care except this new reina roja world sounds interesting
