Server not recognizing its owner...

Hello, I was jsut setting up my world and iv been trying to build a town plinth, but it wont let me do something for free, and its not lettign my do the *settings thing. How do I login as the owner?

And, the only way I can connect to the world is from the My World program. Why cant you get at it from space?

EDIT: i just noticed the events list says the planet is in test. How do I make it, non-test?
