Faction(s) resorting to underhanded acts

Post by Mantis »

While I am not currently in a faction, the tactics that some faction members(who's name shall not be mentioned, you know who you are!) will resort to to acquire power points is simply absurd. The (unnamed) player asked me to join an opposing faction, then allow him
to blast me to his heart's content so he could gain points for his faction. In exchange for this,
I was offered a few credits.

I understand that players will resort to various acts to gain their sponsoring
faction points, but to stoop this low.....................

The leader of the 'victim faction' can change the join password to even the most complex, so I don't think this problem could get out of hand. Or am I wrong?

that would only work if the only way to join a guild was without asking to join or offering guild ship to somebody.

ie, how do you know that ANY person you allow into your guild wont be working for another guild?

Well that zaroba is called espionage and strategy, it's a war and all this strategies are in hand. Or am I wrong again? :D

P.S. Don't get the wrong idea, me defending this point doesn't mean I do this practice.

Until faction leaders can rid their factions of certain players, this should not be practiced nor tolerated.
