Defenition of racism: According to UN International Conventions, "the term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction or preference based on race, color, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life." [1] This definition does not make any difference between prosecutions based on ethnicity and race, in part because the distinction between the ethnicity and race remains debatable among anthropologists [2] According to British law, racial group means "any group of people who are defined by reference to their race, colour, nationality (including citizenship) or ethnic or national origin".[3]
Racial descrimination: Racial discrimination is treating people differently through a process of social division into categories not necessarily related to "race". Racial segregation policies may officialize it, but it is also often exerted without being legalized.

Interesting I was there for that conversation but only was able to see jblz's comments.My comments and admonitions to remain calm,to remember that this is only a game,and beware of violating the TOS don't show in that screenshot.If I am correct he seems to have been attacked numerous times in a row(once by myself,although I made peace with him),and was probably feeling VERY picked upon.
