Includes: Ballis, Ballis Decoration, Porch, Angled Roof, and Storm Gutters with overhang on angle parts of the roof. Also gave it a nice Keebler Elf style basing + Foundation. The model does need a texture though, Im no artist so I dont do that. If you need a model version with it properly UV Mapped, I have it avaible but most artists tend to UV Map there own.

Also when you load this model up in the Model Convertor, the model uses Double Sided Faces on the Overhang and Storm Gutters too reduse poly count. So under General Properties make sure you select Show Double Sides. -Thanks to Zaroba for this lil tid bit.
