depends on why they can't buy the stuff.

the building itself should provide info on that.

it could be the buildings are on a different team and the world is set to not allow different team members to access (*settings -> buildings -> building access mode)

or it could be that the buildings aren't set to sell what they make in the bdat. for that you need to manually go in and list what they make in the sells area along with a capacity.

wait does everything need to be sold somewhere?in the buildings.dat

it doesen't need to be, but then players will complain about having to unstock stuff and deliver it since a majority of the community seems to be too lazy to work for there money.
