Things in space not loading quickly enough for my taste :P

Description:
1.People are sometimes shown as being in shuttles when I know they have better ships..(not extremely important)

2.People are sometimes still listed as having bounties even though they really do not have them anymore. (See my new 600k bounty.) ((((Extremely important))))

This may have something to do with internet connection speeds and such, but if it doesn't, it would be nice to fix this.

I've never had n.2 but the first i've had trouble with a couple of times. My ISP is making my connection 4x faster though so i doubt i'll have this problem again.

Bug 2 should be fixed in 0.51.7 (though it could do with a test :] )
