atm its not possible to fly from one system to another, so can we have hyperspace drives, basicly my idea is a drive that will take u to a system next to the one your in, but without the cost of uridium, however it should take a while to get their, just a ack up for traders realy so that if your out of fuel u can still make it to another system or even to your destination...... itll just take a little longer........................... u could even use the same graphics for the stardrive............. just change it to blue or somthing
p,s, how do i gt the special access to post in feature request fourms???

yeah but mining is long and tedious plus ive encounted systems with no astroids and no fuel in the stations, this way is all round a better idea and will encourage people to play in space and explore, their could be a limit to how many times you can use it, or a lock like u can only use it if you are out of uridium.
plus its realy cool and more scifi-ish hmmmmmmmm wonder if you can get a ship like the orion or the deadleus from stargate too................... I AM NOT AN GATIE honest

I must say, I don't see the point of any of this. Manage your fuel carefully. If you run out, you can mine for it. If you don't have a mining kit, you can dump your cargo and use your infimp or fipro to get back to civlisation. If that means losing valuable cargo, tough - you should have paid more attention to your fuel requirements. It's a game: there has to be some risk, something to lose, otherwise what's the point ;)
