You know, i had same problem with Accura today. Decided to put world builder and buildings editor programs on my pen drive so i can begin hosting the planet when im at a computer and start it up properly, but after changing the buildings file, it wouldn't connect. It said it had, no errors, even on the console, it was saying about 6th Janurary Yr 0 lol. But where i had the planet, it would show no connection, same to others as well.
Could it be that i had to land into the planet and claim it again? I think it's unlikely since it was connected once after that but then i changed buildings file. I also thought it could be my router but after going to a different house and loading programs, i found that i had the same problem and its even a different ISP. Maybe it's some sort of galaxy connection problem maybe?

The galaxy server was down recently so that probably explains Gavin's case.
NR, have you ever had your world active but then it stopped working? If not, then its most likely a router issue (presuming you have a home network, rather than a direct connection to the internet). If you have, then you'll probably need to go through the details in the following thread.. http://theuniversal.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=132
