I cant build anywere, on the world Zion

It keeps saying: Guests cannot build in this town...but apprently they can in the towns i have tried.
Whats going on?

more info:

he tried building in zoric which i own.
i checked its settings and it stated that guests and family members could build and own buildings.

I having the problem again... other than what you need to build the building, do you need anything else e.g. a certain amount of cash?

Specifically what i am trying to build is an Oil refinary or a Ore refinary... Although it did let me build a oil drill that i only built to see if it would let me.

if you diden't have enough sof somehting, the error message would state that.
like 'you need xxx wood to build a whatever'
plus things you don't have enough to build are greyed out on the building list.

I dont have the materials anymore, but nothing happened at all, expect, after choosing either the oil refinary or Ore refinary it would say, in red, Guests cannot build in this town.

i also get that in Counsle.

went in this morning to find 5 in-game mais from people asking how they could not be a guest in the town of zoric.

could ghost towns who's files aren't deleted be the cause of it? many towns have come and gone and if their files weren't deleted from the towns dir when the towns decayed, the crash might have reset their settings to not allowing to build.
