server not responding?

every time i try to connect to the universal, it says server not responding. my connection is going through a router, but i dont think that would be bad. i don't have any firewalls blocking it, either.

any help guys?

The galaxy must be down at the moment of that.
Try again in 24 hours if it doesn't work, it's gotta be something internal on your side.

both the galaxy and chat server are active
