I wish to join the Pirates Guild,but i dont know where to find a Pirate Ship,anyone know?

As for the pirate guild, all you get is a reduction in the price of missles (ain't much) and there is only one (1) member.
Your best bet is to join a Trader Guild, put the comms on Guild and listen in to see what folk are doing, if your username and your game name are different (your user name shows up in comms) then you can chat and find out where the prey are.
For the 100 cr join fee you really are not getting that much in return.
Besides you might find wolves in sheeps clothing (pirates pretending to be traders) to join forces with.
The pirate ship only arms with 10 missles. Its standard load capacity is 22 tonnes. Its mx ion speed is 90. Police carry more missiles (15) get 110 speed but have a lower cargo capacity. For firepower and speed the police crusier is better. Although it only carries 15 tonnes standard. Once you get L40 you can get to Becen M-305 and get a cargo expansion of 25 tonnes. That makes for 47 T for Piriate Ship and 40 T for the Police Cruiser.
For 9000 cr for the Police Cruiser it isn't that bad of a deal.
