Model Converter Not Opening

Description:
When I open the model converter (in the clients folder) it opens for a second and then shows something about an error has occured or some illegal operation bull****. It was working ( just barely) yesterday, and now it doesnt work at all.

Steps to Replicate:
Place the Model Converter in Clients folder, wait a day, open the Model Converter program.

Can't replicate this here.. and it seems to be working ok for everyone else, as far as i know.
Try creating a new folder and copying the model converter.exe and interface.dll there?
