Qustion about CopyRighted material

i guess we shouldent use it with the arcade source code ? but if we did would it still make it too A-tractor ?

and would mit get in trouble for haveing it or the creator of the Arcade game ? :shock:

i dont think this qustion has been asked ? i dont want the dev team too get in trubble :cry:

IMO it would be a bad thing (tm) to distribute copyrighted stuff with the game. The last thing we wanna see is Mit crushed under a pile of Walt Disney lawyers (unless he get a computer once in prison ? :wink: )

So as long you plan to distribute your arcade game, i'd suggest avoiding anything copyrighted.

I'm a bit suprised it was not an obvious thing for you ?

well it was sorta obvious. but i dint know if it would be the person that made the arcade game would get charged or mit :\

Probably both, one for including a copy in something he distributed, and the later for distributing it wider. You really wanna try ? :shock:
