you dont upload stuff to your world. You can select models and ext by your world server.

SERVER > WORLD TOOLS > MODEL SELECTOR/BUILDING SELECTOR or In Game, tyoe .remote

u can download 'Buildings Editor (0.49.6)' From the world resources section of TheUniversal website use that to edit and create buildings/settings for your palnet

as for the moddles and texture there loaded by the server as was said theres a few guides on how to make moddles n textures for your planet gimme a holla in space on on planetcool and i'ss see if i can help ya a lil
