Having difficulty learning new skills on Republic.
I can learn the 3 basic ones boat building tool making and whatever the other one is at the shaman hut, but i cant learn code of laws, and i have plenty of sheckles. It says you cannot trade with this person, consult a god. PLZ help! I am stuck and cant do anything without learning something else.
