Head to http://www.gameislands.net/ and grab the A-Tractor client.
Install it into the same directory as The Universal is [as it should be].
Then, run a-tractor and if any servers are online try playing them [this should work for most active people]. If not, download this file: http://theseer.hiya-host.com/hosted/sub ... erlist.tmp and place it into your *universal-a-tractor-dir*/data/clients directory and run A-Tractor again.
The worlds will be in this order regardless of what the list says:
1. Zion
2. The Republic
3. Zoric
4. Ariya
