In the texture selector, I changed all of the Land texmap ## (0 - 15) file designations once and it worked fine but if I try to change the files designations again, the tool just freaks out and just displays either "Unregistered World" or some seemingly random bits of binary information (like there is a pointer issue) in the Uses Texture data area. If I stop and restart the server and go look at the textures again, the textures are back to the ones I originally changed them to.

I'm not sure where this data is stored, so I haven't been able to search for the binary data I'm getting or determine anything more about what's going on. For now, I just can't change any of the Land texmap entries...

Has anyone else had similar problems with this tool?

mm.. i aint seen anything like that in recent server versions. what vers is it ur running?

All the texture and model filenames etc are stored in Data\NamesFile.txt in a readable format. Might be worth havin a look in there to see if theres something confusing it..

The Server interface says World V0.49.2

Looking at Namesfile.txt, I'm not seeing anything bizzare all of the changes to this file have been made via the server tools or *changeitemname. I'd be happy to email you a copy of the file if you would like to take a look...

I backed up the problematic Namesfile.txt and removed the TEXMAP entries, this reset all the Land texmap entries back to the default (texmaptest1.bmp). I'll play a bit and see if I can reproduce the problem and update this thread if I come up with any additional info.

i need idea, all guys construct world use light program somer: example: the name program is Picture, all use Picture somer quality, or

It is problem to all players ok :D
