Windows Getting Lost

Whenever i open my tractor window to get on someone elses isle,it only appears at the bottom in my task bar, but there is no window... zar said other people had this problem, how do you solve it?
If any of you say "You jus fiddle with it"
I will say "Tell me your strategy"

easy way to do it is to select move from the menu useing the keyboard
first, make sure its the active winbdow
then hit Alt, Left, Down, Down, Enter
then just slide the mouse around until you see the curser on screen (or use the arrow keys)
click or hit enter, and it'll be placed where the curser is.
