Actually, most of the things people think of as 'bugs' are actually inconsistancies on the user's part. For example: old drivers, outdated or partially incompatible video cards, low virtual memory, low available ram, DirectX9 (game was made with DX8, some problems have been seen in v9), video configuration, much more.

Also remember, the game is beta, meaning that it comes (mind you, free of charge) with plenty of bugs. Your job is to test it out and report the bugs you see. And, your reward, is a great game to play.
