Camera woes

Just curious if there's a way to rotate the camera, or if there's any plans to implement this anytime soon. Thanks

Standstill and use left and right to rotate around,number pad + & - for zoom. F6 for other camera modes

Or are you meaning more in-depth camera angles? (which I don't see why would it be required.We're not having huge hornball events as of yet)

It does depend on the world settings (Each planet has its own customisable configuration, which controls everything from the camera view to the gameplay & economy setup). My guess is you've been playing on Republic - which does have a fixed camera. (Its set that way deliberately coz some of the textures there don't really stand up to close inspection :] )

Most other worlds will let you rotate the camera.
