Unable to install, unable to extract file.. Any help?

Ok so I can download everything and get everything going fine, but when I try to install the game a message box pops up that says...



The File indicated below could not be extracted. It may already be in use by the system or locked by another application. It will be skipped.

<shows file>



Then I press ok and it kicks me out of the setup process.. Could this be a problem caused by things locked by a system admisnistrator or something else.. Any help here would be nice..

could be that.
or, if thier are other programs running at the time, they could be useing files that setup needs to update.
