Help For Sabrada Building Glitch

Hey, i owned a house, and it was destroyed. So i bought a mansion and moved there, i also own a tuneup shop. But... the house that was destroyed, was taken off the map.. but when i go to buy another building it syas i styll i have max ammount of buildings...and the original house is styll registered that i own it....i dont understand what i should do.....

So i bought a mansion and moved there

The mansion counts as 1
The TuneUp shop counts as 1

2 building types....

note that he said the mansion was destroyed.. he should've kept it repaired but eh

buildings on sabrada don't go boom.. they just go crash.... yeah that

you missread the post

house got destroyed
baught a mansion
the house that was destroyed was removed
yet he can't buy another building.
has a tuneup shop

max 2 types. probably why he can't buy another building if he's trying to buy something other then a house or a retail building

it shoulden't be anymore.
i did a clearlostbuilding command to remove 16 ghosted buildings last night
