A typless building

I'm curious how hard would it be to have a type of building or a specific building instead not count against a type limit?

renting your house, used to do this. however ive been told it now counts as a type.

if you rent a building before owning max types, it doesen't count as a type.
but if you already own max types, you can't rent a building.

i had reported it as a bug long ago, thinik mit forgot about it though

I mean coding it so lets say if you build a special type building it doesn't affect the limit.
