my world is a testing world and has never been advertised as anything but such. (I am not even using the real name yet.) just from what i've seen since i've been playing is that worlds are prebuilt and launched not built as they go :O

That kinda depends, sometimes you've done so much, you forget half of it and need people messing about to iron out the cracks.
