Hello all Universal players! I would like to add this little app that I made with VB. ( with the help of Leigon and Sabotage. ) It is a great calculator for new players and even for those verterans who want a quick answer on what to set a price of an item. I have talked to alot of people about this and they thought it would be a good idea to make one. So I did and here it is. I have taken alot of time to make this. As I am not real good with VB and I am very surprised that I was able to do it.
There is a mini mode, so it doesn't take up the whole screen. There is a stay on top feature, so the calculator will stay on top of apps for easy figuring. There are instrustions in the help menu of the Universal Calculator. If you happen to not understand what is what.

Universal Calculator
*Side Note* Also I think this would be a good thread to sticky if people really like the program.
Universal Calculator
and also, it needs to be bigger. the program is quite useful, but it only calculates for 2 items, can we have 5 boxes for input? that'd be great
If there's a demand for a more complex interest calculater, i'll be happy to do a command line version in c++, it should be able to fit more in than a GUI, without things getting too messy, then again, command line has it's drawbacks too.
This is a handy program guys

You mean you would like to be able to do 5 items at the same time, instead of having to delete every time you want to do a new item? If so this can be done. Some people don't like it that big. I can add more fields in the standard version and leave simple version the way it is.Nigel wrote:and also, it needs to be bigger. the program is quite useful, but it only calculates for 2 items, can we have 5 boxes for input? that'd be great
I can add tax also.Swabie wrote:What about tax? Tax is an often overlooked factor in cost.
