Any chance you want to hire an entry level programmer for full or part time?

Yeh, we're all volunteers realstrategos: none of us gets paid :) If you'd like to code something for the game to hone your skills, probably the best place to start is writing an arcade game for the pubs on the world. There are various source files you can use to help do that, but to be honest that's about as much as I know about it: mit's the person u need advice from (there are other threads on the boards about this too - use http://theuniversal.net/forum/search.php to find em).

Mit's away this weekend but I'm sure we can provide some more concrete advice on sunday/monday.
