Buying items, but dont want to sell.

Is it possible to make it where a building can buy the demanded items but not sell if they don't want to. As of now I see if you put a item like 1d it automatically put the item for sell at 2d. Reason I want this is if someone wants to make it available they can, but if not they can put it to zero. If you try to put a item that is being bought at 0d on the sell page it will say cant sell cheaper then being bought.

the sale of demanded items in a building not specifcly set to sell them in the bdat is a small bug thats been around for a while.
although thier will be a sale price set, if you actually try to buy the items from the building, they will not appear in the sold items list.
