Where is the model library?

I was tring to download some buildings today and I noticed I can't even see the model library anymore. Are some changes being made I over looked the newsflash about it?

oh yeah wonder what happened to that

anyway link is back on downloads page have put it in public section as i cant remember what the authority to use it was im sure someone will correct it if wrong

and then i changed it to world owner level till fooli wakes up and reminds me what it was set to

the only reason i put it public was there was an empty public tag
