soon i should be able to host islands 24/7 again.
for those that i have never hosted for before, here is a bit of info:
i have hosted mine and others islands since september 2002.
have always been active, and ready to make changes to owners islands withen a day, if not a few hours.
i also offer ftp access to the island directories so that island owners can download thier logs.
i have a high speed dsl line, along with a directory of nearly every model and texture ever used in-game which is also accessible via ftp so you can design and pick your models easier.
thier are however some miner rules:
1. i will not design your island for you, you must make it ahead of time
2. for the most part, i will not police the island, its your island and your rules. the only acception to this rule is bannings (see rule 4)
3. you must allow me to make an owner auth'd character if needed. this is to help with solving any bugs that develop on your island. it is also needed for the next rule.
4. Bans. any player that makes a hack threat or virus threat will be instantly and perminantly banned from any island i host. any player that finds a bug that results in the island crashing and purpously abuses that bug to force the island to crash will get a long term ban from any island i host. Failure to allow these bans will result in termination of hosting.
