Economy rate

I am wanting the buildings to produce at the amount set in the building editor. I have changed the Global Production rate 0, but it keeps saying 75 days before production. What else do I need to change to get the game to follow what I specify from when I build the buildings?

In the economy settings, check that your Production Time Efficiency mod is also set to 0.

this is all controlled by the building efficiency calc. related or similar items are: Storage Reduction Percentage and Production Cost Efficiency Mod.

all in economy settings.
