hometown selection - is there a "one-off" option?

in other words, can i have them get the hometown selection screen, but once they choose, they're barred from changing their residency?

i believe thats the default behaviour of that screen - it'll only activate if the player doesnt have a home town already. Battlezone brings it up on relog because the reset modes clear the player's home town.

this'd prolly get sorted with the team select 9 thing we were talkin about....what i mean is they aren't restricted from simply applying to another town. irc. atm. afaik. imho. acronym acronym acronym. secret of nimh, sorcerer tim, i blame kym.
