Buying 2 Lottery Tickets?

I was playing on Zoric when i saw Shiba buying 2 lottery tickets... Is that possible? How? I can only buy 1 and it seems unfair he can buy 2

...

its easily to do, but it doesen't increase your odds of winning. the game only accepts the last selected number as your ticket.
