anyway what was up with VDZ the otherday?
im sorry for his lose but its not my fault

anyway now VDZ, having problebly forgot who i was, will have a perminate post here to remind him.
and to mit give the buildings owner more power than the renter:P
ie the renter shouldnt have demolish and the owner should be able to kick out after a period of time like changing tax.
