Even with vehicles set to have no capacity limit, when putting Robocrow Parts (item #54) into your inventory, the vehicle is given a capacity limit of 2

.. was the code comment.. In server 0.70.0 ive tidied that up a little so it only applies if InventoryMode is set to 1 and the vehicle has a capacity other than 0.
