*gagweapons doesn't work

*gagweapons only affects the replication of weapons.. the player will still seem to fire them locally but they won't appear for other players. A quick inspection of code suggests this is still working as expected - could you confirm that please?

It was done this way on purpose, so that a nuisance player isn't aware they've been gagged and therefore doesn't change his behaviour to something else more annoying.

Do you have a specific requirement to have a version of gagweapons that stops the player firing locally too? (There may already be ways of doing that..)

Ok, makes sense. I was just looking for a way to control weapon use other than with items and cooldown time mainly, for a turn-based scenario. No big deal, though. We can test it out just to make sure though. I just was gagging haxina from the server console and he would tell me if he was still able to fire his weapon or not, so we figured it wasn't working as intended since he could still see it, and I've never had an experience with the feature before =).

you might be better off using *bonusweapon (and *bonusweaponsecondary) and giving them a 'dud' weapon..
