Hey guys. Some of you may know that I have started a YouTube channel and I've uploaded some TU content. I just wanted to make sure everybody knows about it. I upload in 720p and I hope that in the future this can be used to spread the word about the game. Once I get enough of a variety of game footage I might make a trailer or something. What program are you using to record the game or are you just pointing a camera at the screen? I haven't had a chance to watch any of the videos yet.

targ, i use MSI Afterburner. It records directly from the video card, which seems to work a lot better than screencap programs. The downside is it doesn't record the mouse cursor in 3d applications and there's no way to enable it without playing in windowed mode and recording "the desktop"(which leaves me with much larger file sizes). MSI Afterburner doubles as a performance monitor and is free to use. I recommend it if you're interested in recording.

It's all in good humor, Mit. I figured it would be worth it if you had a laugh at it. It looks much better and will function a lot better once everything is sorted through. Being an American, I understand the whole idea behind the new title name as being "British humor" or "charm" but it's not really my thing. I guess with the right kind of banter it could really be pulled off like a "Hitchhiker's Guide" type deal. Anyhow it's your game and your choice on how to move forward. I support you 101% and I'm sure everybody else does aswell.

I was going to do a proper "world creation editor" video, but it didn't work so well. "exit" button on the main menu doesn't properly work and a lot of the editor features caused my client to crash.

The video was a success because I have a new subscriber... thanks whoever you are. Also a big thank you to everybody who has watched and subscribed.

what editor features cause crashes? Though lots aren't complete yet, I wasn't aware of any particular problems with any of the stuff that is there atm.

Mit, I could make a list later on if you like. it could just be my end. I can't record it though because i use MSI afterburner to record and it records directly from the video card. When the game crashes it corrupts the video file. Maybe ill printscreen and label the problematic buttons. Anyways, I have even more of a monster computer now so RAM, video card, and CPU aren't an issue. Not sure if internet lag could cause it all. Exit button on main menu screen does not close my game out. I have to alt+f4 out.

Kirby thanks for the subscribe. I subbed to you and checked out some of your music. It's pretty interesting stuff.

Any bug reports on crashes would be welcome - doesnt matter about recording it.

Apparently i never did link in the exit button on the fullscreen frontend.. done for 0.70.0. For now, F12 works.

You'd probably need a spare PC and some cash to splurge, but if you have it, I do recommend: https://www.elgato.com/en ... makes life so much easier
