December Events

From the 9th December we'll be running a few different events to test some new systems and (hopefully) have a bit of fun in the process.

Here's the current schedule:

8th/9th Dec (Midnight UTC) - Galaxy reset
9th Dec Magicthumb prize round start.
10th Dec - Event night - Minigames on various worlds.
14th Dec - Event night - Space battle
14th Dec - Magicthumb prize round ends
18th Dec - Zion 3 prize round starts.
18th Dec - Minigames night - Racing, crows, guntrac etc
21st Dec - Event night - Openspace battle, crows, ostrich racing etc
30th Dec - Zion 3 prize round ends.
31st Dec - Galaxy wealth / prestige prize
2nd Jan - Special event night.

Note this may get changed.. latest details will be available on the frontend screens in-game. The start & end of each event will be announced on the forums, and those involving worlds will commence with a score / wealth reset.

As an extra bonus, there'll be some festive prizes - with amazon gift vouchers distributed to the winners of the various events and prize rounds at the end of the year.

Congratulations to Kirby who claims the first $5 amazon voucher prize for the 10th Dec minigame tournament.. largely by default, but with a successful race win or two under his belt

Better still, we discovered the joy that is first person ostrich racing. I would post a screenshot or vid capture but it'd probably attract the attention of the authorities.
