Sky Rendering Modes broken

Description:
Setting a custom sky texture has no effect, the sky is just a blank white image (it doesn't load).

Steps to Replicate:
1. Set a sky texture in the texture menu.
2. Go to settings and set any of the custom sky texturing modes.

this works ok for me in the latest, but i suspect the problem may be in the texture format used.. were you using a particularly big sky texture perhaps?
If you have one that doesnt load could u post it so i can try it?
