Aramathea forge and blkacksmith not working well

I bought forge from zyrvox and he get job in it. When forge made iron i put it on sale, but not showing on building sale menu for players. so i had to take it out and barter with zyrvox for it.

When trying to make plough in blacksmith, players got message :

'Error-invalid blacksmith task'

Same for Zyrvox who works in blacksmith, same for Chode. I can not take out things from blacksmith as owner. No such option, just to put in iron/steel

this is fixed in script now.
Note that the sell price for items in a blacksmith must be greater than the wage paid per item. I'll amend the script to make that clearer in the future.
